1. Preheat the tawa/Non stick Pan to medium.

2. Place the half cooked chapati on tawa/non stick pan and heat for 5-10 seconds on each side.

3. Place the chapati on open flame and heat on both sides until cooked.

4. Fully puffed Phulka is ready.Serve it hot with ghee or butter.
